Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to all customers of Vorcaron Bags, operated by Vorcaron Bags (EIN: 42-2213738), 14412 Friendswood Ln, Austin TX 78737-9103, USA. Different rights and timeframes apply depending on your country of residence, as set out below.

1. Return Window

[US Customers]
In accordance with FTC regulations and applicable state consumer protection laws, Vorcaron Bags offers a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. You may return any eligible item within this period without needing to provide a reason.

[UK & EU Customers]
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the statutory right to cancel your order and return any item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason.

To initiate a return, please notify us within the applicable window through one of the following channels:

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, tags, and documentation must be included and intact.
  • There must be no signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer.
  • The return request must be submitted within the applicable window (30 days for US; 14 calendar days for UK & EU).

Items not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or handled beyond what is necessary to assess their condition.
  • Personalised or made-to-order items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or circumstances beyond a manufacturing defect.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at Support@vorcaronbags.com or via the return form at vorcaronbags.com, providing your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1 to 3 business days with a decision and return instructions.
  3. Once confirmed, securely pack the item with all original accessories and documentation and ship it to the address provided by our team.
  4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund as outlined in Section 4.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, Vorcaron Bags will process the refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. No refunds will be issued via alternative payment methods.

[US Customers] The refund will include the full product price. Original shipping costs will not be refunded in cases of voluntary returns, unless the entire order is returned.

[UK & EU Customers] The refund will include the full product price including any applicable taxes (VAT). If you are returning only part of your order, the original delivery charge will not be refunded unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Please allow 3–10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Vorcaron Bags covers all return shipping costs.
  • Change of mind / voluntary return: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

6. Legal Warranty

[US Customers]
US customers are covered under applicable state consumer protection laws and FTC regulations regarding product defects and merchantability. Vorcaron Bags offers a 1-year commercial warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects.

[UK Customers]
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all products sold through vorcaronbags.com are covered by a statutory guarantee of 2 years from the date of delivery. If a product is found to be faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose within this period, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances and timing of your claim.

[EU Customers]
Under EU Directive 2019/771/EU, all products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty from the date of delivery for defective products. This is a statutory right that cannot be waived.

In all cases, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, unauthorised modifications, or any cause unrelated to a manufacturing defect.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at Support@vorcaronbags.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Include photographs documenting the condition of the product and packaging.

Vorcaron Bags will arrange, at no additional cost, the shipment of a replacement product or, if unavailable, a full refund including original shipping costs.

8. Cancelled Orders or Out-of-Stock Products

If a product is unavailable at the time of order processing, Vorcaron Bags will notify you by email and cancel the order, issuing a full refund within 14 calendar days via the original payment method.
